Hi @Jerry99 welcome to the forum. As it happens I wrote a post on second pass update here today!, you will just have to sift out all the bits that don’t apply to you!
Look up your device on https://doc.e.foundation/devices to find your Download .img.
Please be sure the phone is 100% charged before you start.
