I tried again to add it to my calendar but the description inside is

/e/OS 3.0 live launch

It’s OK now :

The title is ok, the error is in the description.

I use Proton Calendar and I don’t see that description—that’s weird

For Pixel 6a bluejay, it’s released so others devices will have it too, soon.

I’m certain it’s before Christmas

Where can I get those yellow glasses the host was wearing? They looked great! Heck, his entire ensemble was fashionable as heck!

My Fairphone gen 6 is on /e/os 3.7.3 and there is no update available?

Right now the update is only available (community build) for the FP4 and FP5, but not yet for the FP3 and FP6.

Hi @urs_lesse ,

Thanks for your valuable inputs on this forum. On the release note for the v4.0-a15 (FP3), it says under the upgrade that the process will factory reset the phone. Is it right that it is for the FP3 and not only for the other phone ? Does this means everything (I.e photos, apps, etc…) will be permanently deleted from the phone, except is you put it back afterwards of course ?

Thanks for help :folded_hands:

I do not know. But my interpretation of the reference to a factory reset would be that this only affects the Samsung.

:sparkles: We embedded some new features and improvements!

:mobile_phone: FP3 is now available on AOSP 15 :tada:

:mobile_phone: Samsung Galaxy S9/S9+ is now available on AOSP 15 :tada:

  • :warning: Back up your data before upgrading from AOSP 12 to AOSP 15. The device will indeed factory reset during the upgrade due to a change in the encryption method.

for most devices, a16 has already been released, so the e-3.7.3e-4.0 jump will just be an usual monthly Update applied OTA by the system Updater.

in case of devices not running latest /e/OS version and need an Android layer upgrade, this guide could help :
