My partner just received his Nothing phone 3a Pro. He loves the phone, but loathes the OS with all the baked in Google stuff. /e/OS/ support would be very welcome here too.

I just ordered one and would love to have /e/OS on it, preferably with an easy installer like the web installer.

Nice.
The last time I flashed a custom rom on a device it was way more complicated.
But… not easy enough yet for my 15yo.
But keep up the good work.

This one can also be ‘not easy enough’ if it won’t work like it often doesn’t. Then you end up doing manual and that can be in the end easier from the start.

The builds ronnz98 is doing aren’t supported since it is ‘unofficial’. If it eventually does become a supported device with for example ‘community’ build then, you would need to do clean install to get for example monthly OTA updates.
Just throwing in that ball if not aware about it.
