Hi,

I tried the parental control features today and I really like the features and the ideas behind it. Anyway, there are some additional features that would enhance PC in my eyes.

App control
Besides the bug described in [1] I saw that uninstalling an app is completely blocked by PC. It would be better to ask for the PC PIN/password here.

Screen time
I like the idea to limit app access for the child. I miss two features here:

  1. It would be nice to be able to also configure the allowed apps after screen time expires. E.g. it would be good to allow Signal or any other communication app.
  2. Also here it would be good to allow starting blocked apps with the PC pin/password.

An alternative approach (and maybe easier to implement) would be to allow temporarily disabling the PC mode. Currently, Iā€™d need to disable it completely, i.e. I need to set all settings again.

Login
Another nice feature would be to allow screen unlock via the PC PIN/password so that you are still able to access the phone when the child refuses to login or is not able to do it for whatever reason.
