• boot to Download mode and flash it using Heimdall linux

heimdall flash --RECOVERY twrp-3.7.0_9-1-herolte.img --no-reboot

• boot to Download mode and flash it using Odin4Linux

sudo odin4 -a twrp-3.7.0_9-1-herolte.img.tar

• important step now could be installing 1.6-q-20221129238948-stable-herolte.zip
  if you want to recover the phone working as it was…
• Using TWRP you will be abble to save your things stored in the device internal_storage (/sdcard in the device tree) by copying on your PC through the MTP protocol
• you may want to save your Apps settings : Backup and Restore with TWRP

then loosing /data, you can install :
