Please Let us turn off notification for app updates

Could we please have an option to turn off app update notifications? I like keeping my apps on auto-update, but they seem to update so frequently that I’ve ended up turning off auto-updates altogether just to avoid the constant notifications.

Alternatively, maybe give these notifications their own volume or priority setting—just something to make them less disruptive.

Thanks!

In Settings > Notifications > App notifications > App Lounge I have all notifications turned off except “Allow notification dot”. I get no intrusive sounds.

I can’t turn off Notifications for App Lounge it is greyed out.

If I follow your steps and show all apps, App Lounge is also greyed out.

But I still can’t turn off the actual notification which I would need to swipe away, am I right?

The OP seemed about the disturbance from sounds. If the device has been modified by any update, I expect to be notified and see the change in Notification history so yes, swipe to acknowledge.

I missed the sounds part, I need to read properly.
