Dear all,
I’m currently installing e/os via the web-installer in chromium on Linux.
The installation process is stuck since an hour.
I’m in step 12/20 it says “installing” and is loading, while the phone is in bootloader mode and doesn’t show any changes either.
Does anybody have an idea what the issue could be?
Am I supposed to press “start” in bootloader mode on the mobile? It didn’t say so, so I didn’t 
Any help is highly appreciated!

I suggest you first cross reference the “manual” install page Install /e/OS on a Google Pixel 4a - “sunfish”.
Part of me says just change to those instructions … but
Did 1 - 4 make sense to you? Did you complete the unlock (it kinda looks like no ??)?
Then the top part of your image suggests that the script is intending to move on with flashing the “preparatory secondary partitions”.
Did you see the Bootloader screen when expected?
Does it show the lock status? Locked or unlocked?
I suggest to review to Unlock instructions and “Requirements” on the install page. Using this may be easier as you are in charge.
This page needs an edit Eos Web Installer Support improvements but may contain clues if you keep going with eosinstaller 
I stopped the process and started new. Everything was the same, but it worked.
Am now running e/os!
