It will be exciting to see how the pre-installed system application microG GmsCore v0.2.13.203915 will behave with regard to ‘Exposure Notifications’ within /e/ OS.
In this context …
The installation of the /e/OS ROM e-0.13-q-20201119-UNOFFICIAL-mido was simple and uncomplicated as usual from @itsclarence.
My attention today was only focused on microG and the behaviour regarding exposure notifications.
As usual I installed the two reference COVID-19 Warn-Apps (GBR) NHS and (GER) RKI CWA.
Before and after installing the apps the microG status did not change: no display of the option ‘Exposure Notifications’. The two apps also show error messages.
The question remains: Why is the feature ‘Exposure Notifications’ not available for unofficial /e/ OS ROMs?
One of the possible reasons:

Only bug so far: searching for updates causes a crash.

I’m realy interested to test your q-build. The official versions arrive very slowly.

Out of curiosity, Why have you written version 0.14 for the Unofficial /e/ os while the latest Official version is 0.13.
What is the logic behind it ?

I m using e-0.14-q-UNOFFICIAL-mido.zip now on my Mido.
I want you flash the new e-0.14 Unofficial.
Is there any way to flash the os/zip so that i will not have to re install all the other applications like Whats app, To-do, Mail and re set all the settings once again ?

No, this is what the buildsystem does…
If you’re flashing with TWRP, you can just dirty flash. But only when you already have installed e-Q.
Just wipe only dalvik/cache, system and cache.
Install the rom and wipe cache.
