Updated from 1.8 to 1.10 - can't edit lockscreen?

Hi, is there any way to change the display of the clock on the lockscreen? I can’t find it. Also, I’d love to go back to the previous look in general, i.e. PIN input pad etc. This big, bubbly look doesn’t do it for me at. all.

As noted in the Subject line, I went straight from 1.8 to 1.10 – is there any way, to go back to 1.8? Or can I go to 1.9 without going back to 1.8 first? I don’t know if the new look started with v1.9 or 1.10…

Maybe the new look started with a change of Android version ?
