I would like to thanks the team for this new android version for my FP5.
But…
APP lounge does not work anymore with anonymous account. Impossible to load a new app or to update apps. Moreover, I do not want to create a google account in order to use App lounge. So I hope a fix soon. Please, Murena /e/os team, could you tell me when ?

Just to double check (since I don’t have the FP6): in /e/OS 3.2 there isn’t something similar to what reported here Completely disable the Fairphone 6 "Moments" switch - #16 by HB800 - Fairphone 6 - Fairphone Community Forum for the default “Android OS” of the FP6?
That is:
Go to: Settings - Sound and vibration - Do Not Disturb - Schedules. There you can turn off the switch. Tap the switch itself, not the text. Then the physical switch should be disabled completely.
The menu layout is different on e/os, but not that I can find. And in the menu of my screenshot, it’s not possible to turn all options off. Always one has to be selected.
I have the same problem (no anonymous access possible in App Lounge); but for me, this started before the update to 3.2.
This morning I couldn’t open my bank app anymore because it said I should update to the lastest version; but the App Lounge prevents searching for updates and installing them because anonymous access is not available.
I thought maybe the update to 3.2 will fix this, but no difference there.
Also clicking on “renew session” doesn’t fix the problem, nor clearing cache et cetera and restarting the device.
Hopefully a fix is coming soon…

From my perspective: if the default “Android OS” of the FP6 really supports disabling that switch, then I’d like that option to be available also on /e/OS.

Where do I find these settings? I’m on 3.2, but can’t find a new app, nor any setting that would show me this menu.

Hey, I have a Fairphone 5 and updated to v3.2 (official OTA update) recently. At first sight everything worked well but as I tried to download an app from App Lounge I noticed that the download wasnt possible. It didnt work with anonymous account and also with a Google account it didnt work. This error appears for any app from Play Store. Only F-Droid apps can be downloaded. I already deleted Cache logged in and out several times but the mistake stays. I even tried an alternative store (Aurora) and got the message that the app isnt available for my device.
Updates for already installed apps are working. They can be downloaded normally from App Lounge.
I recently had that once with Aurora Store. Rebooting the phone fixed it for me.
Restart unfortunately didnt help.
But I just found out when I set spoofing in Aurora store to another device than Fairphone 5, e.g. Samsung Galaxy Ultra S25, the download and Installation of apps work. At least this is a work around for my App lounge issue.
I’ve noticed increased battery consumption since v3.2, even in airplane mode. Last night, it dropped more than 10% in that mode. It seems similar to the issue we had a while ago :
EDIT : looks like the battery consumption is back to normal again, no draining during the night anymore.
You can try changing the device type broadcaster to Play store through App lounge by going into micro G settings.
Maybe resetting your device Identification number in micro G can unlock you.
In my FP5, I do not have any issue with Applounge.
If already installed apps are updating even through Playstore, then the problem is not really app lounge. Maybe it is that app installation is blocked on all sources which would be surprising. When you first try to install an app from aurora or a web browser (downloading an apk directly) android will ask you to authorise that source for app installation. Check whether that option is enabled on Aurora and AppLounge (which it should as it is a system app already configured properly).
If the problem persists, a solution would be to erase the whole phone with a factory reset 
So I guess I used an unsupported way to get to v3.2 and android 15. I was still stuck on 2.8 with android 14 (u) due to build failures for samsung devices and sofar too lazy to download it on my laptop and update it using ADB. I downloaded 3.2 for android 15 on the phone, using the updater selecting “local update” and selecting the downloaded file. It failed on the first attempt, but succeeded on the second. This raises the question why can de updater not do this, would be nice to not have to do manual stuff to get to a new android version.

Issue Description -
I think that after installing e3.2-a15, I ended up with two camera apps. See screenshots below. The original app is circled in the pic at the bottom right corner of the desktop. The new app is just above it, 3rd from the left, also circled.
I took screenshots of the app versions from the app info in setting. The original is from /e/OS and the new app is from com.fps.camera.
Questions:
Did installing eOS3.2-a15 cause the installation of a second camera app. Was this intentional. They are both system apps that I can not uninstall.
Is the second app supposed to replace the original one?
On the new app, I can not figure out how to switch between the two cameras link you can do in the original app.
