Is boursorama app gone forever?

Hi everyone,

Recently, the Boursorama banking app has been displaying a persistent network error, making it unusable on /e/OS. There’s been some discussion about this issue in the community, along with a temporary workaround (see links below):

I’m curious about the root cause of this error. Is this something the /e/OS team could potentially fix, or is it more likely that Boursorama is intentionally blocking access from de-Googled operating systems? I reached out to Boursorama for clarification, but haven’t received a response yet.

Has anyone here managed to dig deeper into this issue or found a more permanent solution?

It looks like it might be back with 3.2, I have read a post of a tester that it started working again

To quote the hypothesis from someone on the /e/OS Telegram channel :

Boursobank might have switched from a “Meet basis integrity” check (which works on /e/OS with an unlocked bootloader) to a “Meet device intergrity” check. The result of the latter being negative for /e/OS users. They might have implemented the following error message :
DEVELOPER_VERIFICATION_FAILED_REASON_NETWORK_UNAVAILABLE

thank you for this information ! i hope indeed /e/os team found how to make it work again  that’s so cool to have this os, thanks to them !

i see that the “Meet device integrity” check is proposed by the google Play Integrity AP api (https://droidwin.com/how-to-pass-meets-device-and-basic-integrity-via-play-integrity-fix/#What_is_Play_Integrity)

Well it is more like microg and /e/OS are integrating it into their OS

i see, then thanks to them too
