Notes sync issues (again) - version 3.3 on FP5

Hi, using /e/ on FP5, “Notes” sync is failing again. I don’t know if it’s related to the ‘new’ account thingie advertised in 3.3 changelog, when I restarted on 3.3 after update I had to re-auth my murena account. Apparently contacts sync still works for instance. In “Notes” I constantly get “Sync error” message. I “Account”, if I go to Sync options, then I toggle “Notes” off, then on again, the arrows symbol tunrs a bit, then a new date of last sync is written, without error. … but if I com…

Thanks to your original post I used Re-authenticate as Post #11 and Notes changed from non functional just as you describe to working.

Were you able to try that?

I tried, it does not work.

Plus : it would be weird to use the account password, dedicated app passwords are there for this use (so they can be revoked, for instance), not to mention OTP.

Anyway : still failing.

Not on fair phone, but notes are not syncing but displaying error message for me as well since a while. Xiaomi 12.

I am having this issue again. Since I got the FP6 at launch I had this issue.

I also cannot get Notes sync to work on the phone. I don’t get any error message though. I could select my Murena acount and now I see the loading bar forever. No sync happens. I used the Notes app with local notes before, deleted all local notes and then switched to the Murena account. Don’t know if the issue is related as I don’t get any error message. What can I still try?

Even though I correctly select the account when opening Notes, the app keeps returning to the startup screen where I have to choose between the Murena account or a local one.
