Fastboot is not the right tool, for samsung device you need Heimdall (linux, macOS) or Odin3 (windows)
Thx, I follow this guide now: Install /e/OS on a Samsung Galaxy S9 - “starlte”
$ heimdall flash --RECOVERY recovery-e-3.4-s-20260114569182-official-starlte.img --no-reboot
Heimdall v2.2.2

I don’t see the blue transfer bar. How do I turn off the device, 7sec power + vol down?
Then I don’t get it in the recovery mode with power+volume up+ bixby
It is a special sequence described here Samsung – first boot into recovery
