Gracefully upgraded, good job.
But still lacks one of the most important android 12 features: ACCENT COLORS

BUG: After updating to version 1.17-s-dev, Bromite’s ad blocker no longer works

Browser version: /e/OS Browser 117.0.5938.156
Filter URL: www.bromite.org/filters/filters.dat

EDIT (partially solved): The new browser version forces the active “Secure DNS” option set to OpenDNS. This way the adblocker doesn’t work. Disabling it makes it work again.

BUG : impossible to upgrade to version T (device stuck on version S).
The process of upgrade is blocked since one hour on “verifying update package” from the smartphone side. The process of upgrade is blocked on “serving: ‘e-1.17-t-20231111351094-dev-dumpling.zip’ (~0%)” without progress since one hour from the computer side.
I have no clue where to search to solve this problem.

Thank you very much for your help.

The update was done successfully. So far I have not had any problems, all my apps work perfectly, including the advanced privacy (which in the previous version I had a small drawback), thanks for fixing it and also thanks for fixing app Lounge, the search results now if they are correct.

Thank you very much for the effort and dedication in the development of this version!!.

GPS doesn’t work (it say that I’m 600km away from my IRL place and yes, I enable real location on advanced privacy). Sometimes, it say that I’m only at 500m from where I am for ~3 minutes

I made the update yesterday. It took a long time in regards to when I was on R stable. It was my first OTA update.
My only issue (so far) with v1.17, is that Netflix has a device error (500.-172). I don’t use Netflix alot on the smartphone why I am not sure if it is because of the update or an app update (It never worked on R stable, but other error). I am sure it worked while on v1.16 T dev because I tested it after manually upgrading from R stable.
Updater showed also errors that it can’t connect to the internet, clearing storage and cache resolved that issue, even though I had to reboot the device for it.

Edit: I checked on a spare Moto G7 Plus, same behavior. Edit 2: I switched slots back to v1.16 T and had to to factory reset since it would not boot. Then I tested again with v 1.16 T and Netflix worked then I updated again to v1.17 T and it worked also. I will wait for v 1.18 T on sunfish and check again.
