Hi @Manoj!
It’s been a while, and can’t see anything coming, here or in Gitlab
Any way we can help with the upgrade to a decent (security perspective) release? For example, if the dev team is willing to share the murena.com configuration files privately, I could try to figure out the necessary “community” updates…
Thanks!

Passing on your concern as well as the offer to help if required, to the team.

Hello Manoj,
Do you have any news about the A14 avicii update why is it available on ecloud but not release on the phone?

Did you try to touch the update button more than 5 times?

Do you mean it is not showing up on the Phone Updater

Hey,

You wouldn’t have any news on the FP4¿ (update to official A15?)

Edit: will the reboot issue on FP4 be fixed?

Pl can you share more details on the reboot issue.

@Manoj my FP4 is randomly rebooting when using Bluetooth and streamng apps (DAZN and Disney+). That is at least one way to trigger the reboot.

The issue could be fixed through disabling 5G (2.9 and earlier versions)

The Issue was gone in 3.0 and reappeared with the last build. FP4 is on 3.1.1.-a14 official.

You can check with the upcoming v3.1.4 which should be available this week. The location services were causing reboots on some devices and the team put in a fix for that.

I will try and report later

Unofficial LineageOS for FP6 now has charging limits (see this thread). Can we expect this feature in /e/OS official any time soon? Probably not part of v3.1.4 but could we see it in v3.2?

No, it doesn’t appear. I updated to 3.1.1-s.
But no A14 despite @mihi advice.

https://images.ecloud.global/official/avicii/

Well there are 3.1.1 for a14 and for a12. Not sure how they did the OTA OS Upgrade now…

@CaMi773

Builds are published …

OTA Upgrade comes later.

Users can of course Upgrade Android version as if a new install.

For first time install I get that but if you already have /e/OS with official, then why did it not work (upgrade to a14) for CaMi773…?

Because (as said) “avicii - OnePlus : S (A12) → U (A14)” is in Testing … while the build is published … not the OTA upgrade.

Sorry, in my memory, the testing was over an it is published. I was also blind :see_no_evil:

Are you located in France? We are creating an issue to track this. I remember someone mentioned a similar issue on Fairphone stock for the A14 and A15 which was resolved with updates to the modem code. Not sure it is the same .
